Breach of Contract
No matter how well a contract is prepared and drafted, it cannot prevent a party from acting in breach of contract. A contract is breached when a party does not perform his obligations in accordance with the contract or refuses to perform his obligations under the contract.
We are able to offer advice on the most effective ways to resolve such matters and where possible, we will try to find a commercial solution to enable the contract to remain in place if that is what our client wants to achieve. However, where this is not possible, we are able to pursue a claim for damages on your behalf to try and put you in the position you would have been in had the contract been performed.
