We advise on all aspects of general contractual and commercial matters. We can deal with and provide advice on any contractual relationship (and its implications) a client may have with another party. We have particular experience in negotiating and drafting software and IP/IT related contracts.
Our team has recently negotiated, on behalf of one of our clients, large multi-million pound contracts with leading household names including Dyson, Vodafone and Atos. We have also recently assisted a client in preparing software licence agreements and white label licence agreements.
Many of the projects that our clients are involved in, or are considering entering into, involve the exchange of commercially sensitive information and trade secrets. We therefore advise and draft suitable confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements to afford the greatest protection to some of the most important assets of our clients' businesses.
As well as drafting various commercial agreements including supply agreements, terms of business, distribution and agency agreements, franchise agreements and sponsorship agreements, we also advise our clients on "the small print", ensuring that they limit their exposure and they are fully aware of any commercial risks.
