Development Sites
We act for a number of developers and assist in the whole process from:
- Acquisitions/disposals of development sites
- Setting up development sites with a view to Unit/Plot sales
- Attending to individual sales out of the development site
- Section 106 Agreements
We generally act in connection with office warehouse and industrial developments and residential property sites.
We also act on small, bespoke, high value residential projects e.g. St. Georges Hill, Weybridge, the Wentworth Estate and other lesser known but high value sites.
