Edward Bond
Associate

Edward is a corporate and employment law specialist who acts principally for SMEs. On the corporate front, he has particular experience of handling the acquisitions and sales of private companies and businesses. He also frequently advises on commercial contracts and employment law issues, with particular experience in dealing with the TUPE Regulations and their application to business transfers and outsourcing situations. Edward practised in the West End of London for ten years before joining Callaghans in 2011.
