Nick van der Borgh
Consultant
Nick trained at Theodore Goddard, in Lincoln's Inn and in the City of London. He started his own practice in north London in his twenties and then moved to Mayfair where he practised for more than 30 years. He joined Callaghans in June 2011.
Experience:
Nick has wide experience in several areas of the law. Whilst senior partner in his own firm he headed up litigation and was a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for twenty years. Since becoming consultant five years ago he has specialised in private client matters. Nick regards himself as a family solicitor in the true sense, having looked after the affairs of three generations of the same family in several instances. He acts as trustee and executor of many trusts and estates and became a Member of STEP over twenty years ago.
He is delighted to have joined Callaghans, having known Jerome O'Callaghan both personally and professionally for many years.
