Associate

Mark is a corporate and commercial lawyer with particular expertise in start up and early stage investment deals. More broadly his work involves company and business sales and acquisitions, a variety of non-leveraged investment transactions and a range of commercial work. Mark also has significant experience advising clients in the Franchising sector as well as having been involved in the corporate aspects of a number of complex and high value commercial property transactions. Prior to joining Callaghans at the end of 2011, Mark has practised exclusively in the West End of London.
